I visited One life whilst staying in Madeira, suffering dreadful pain in my hip. With my very limited words of Portuguese, Sarah identified my source of pain. Her excellent thorough massage gave me such relief, and the Pilates exercises helped me to gain increased mobility and strength. Sarah is a very competent lady, dedicated to bringing a better quality of life to her clients. The building is spotlessly clean and has a very calm and pleasing atmosphere. The lovely receptionist Gina, is super friendly and speaks excellent English, I even managed to pick up some Portuguese from her!
